Resort? Not here! Sites are very rough and unlevel. We ended up in a site that had a hot tub - that was the only good thing from our stay. Roads are narrow with tree branches hanging down so that they touched the roof of our truck - never mind our rig. The owner occupies 3 sites and plays loud music right up to quiet time. The cost is outrageous for the amenities. The "restaurant" is actually a food truck that doesn't look like it's been open for quite some time. There is no "secret" entrance to Cade's Cove - it's a 22 mile drive! The scenery during the drive is lovely but the scenery from the park is nothing special. The event space is run down and full of cob webs. The office is a more of a nightclub scene with a a piano, sound system, black velvet curtains, and an Indian moto

Location is great. What i have a problem with is a dishonest owner. We were going to purchase a camper and paid a down-payment of total of $2300, only to find out the camper which is a 2022 mallard the ac did not work in bedroom, we were told that was our problem, the awning did not work, again our problem, the cable didn't work which isn't as big an issue but the fact that my 73 year old disabled father in law was treated poorly (stayed one night and couldn't even sleep and we were told no on getting any of the money back) so I will be filing proper procedures with fha, bbb, and small claims court. Slumlords are frowned upon. Don't ever stay long term. Guy is a crook.

This place is a dump. Nasty and loud campers til late at night. Danny, the owner, is very rude. If you have a question about something it just irritates the sh*t out of him. He’s only interested in money. Does not care about his customers. We will never go back. And would not recommend this place for anyone. You have to leave a deposit, then on the receipt says non Refundable. But he does not tell you this. Then he finds an excuse why you don’t get it back. We got no info about the wifi and the cable sucks. Most channels or blurry and grainy. Not worth the money you pay to stay here. My advice STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!!!! We heard he is selling. Good thing. This place needs something. He’s got too many toys to play with and doesn’t take care of his park. He will not hire anyone to hel

My husband and I wanted to write a review and say how wonderful and welcoming it is here. We love it so much that we bought here. Our family loves it. The owner Dan goes out of his way to help and Carolyn is precious. I hope when you consider a vacation for a few days you will come here. You will never be disappointed. You can take your family a few miles down town to Dollywood and a short scenic drive to Gatlinburg. Well, maybe you may want to chill out and enjoy all the glorious nature around you, then this place is for you. You’re close to Cades Cove, rivers to wade in to your hearts delight or grill out and have fun with your family. A swimming hole not far away. A hikers dream within a short drive. Many trails to explore awaits you. If you like your vacay simple and fun then th

I found this campground to be simple and make your own visit. We have a hot tub site. We have a back patio on our camper. Love the views and the changing light on the mountains. The hot tub is an added bonus that we splurged for. It is out of the hassle and traffic that is in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. ||It is quiet. Peaceful. Our site has composite chairs, a big egg to cook with. Picnic table with umbrellas as tree shade.||You can hear the cows mooin.||Take a deep breath. This is not ur typical RV park in the area.||We love it. Everyone is friendly. Laundry on site. (Have not used yet).||This campground is simple. Be responsible, respectful and then make your trip here.
