Apache Inn

I booked this hotel after seeing a 4-star review on tripadvisor, but had a horrific experience from the moment I walked in. Had reservation for the night of Oct 28th 2019.||||The alarm bells started going off the moment I stepped to the front desk. Had a weird unpleasant smell. The room was dirty, had dust on all the furniture, lamp shades had torn fabric, curtains were dirty and had dark stains. Phone - does not work. Of course. The bed advertised as a king size was essentially two twin bed boxes sandwiched together, not an actual bed frame. I tried settling in to the mattress cushion and the whole thing caved in from the middle. Totally uneven surface. Bed linen and sheets were filthy to say the least, had dark stains. The beds were absolutely the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. The cable is illegal since there to cheap to pay for it. All you get is old 70s shows that are horrible. The shower was disgusting and there is no mad service. The manager has her son's help her clean and it's impossible to get clean towels. At 3:00 AM the managers son starts his car up right in front of the rooms and it's very loud! He will let it run for like 10 minutes not being mindful that guests are sleeping. Considering there are lots of other motels close by I would definitely stay away from here.

Front desk staff were very nice. Room experience, however, was not. My room was in need of repairs. The top locking mechanism on the door was missing. The bathroom vent cover was missing. When I stepped into the shower, the dirt that had accumulated on my feet washed off black. I had no maid service without specifically requesting it, which wasn't that big of a deal except I had only one very thin flimsy towel available and had to use it to mop my nasty floor. The noise level outside my room during the night was loud enough to wake me. On the second night, someone tried to get into my room, even removing the screen from my window, which I did report to the front desk. You get what you pay for! The good- The guys at the front desk were fantastic, great customer service and friendly. The not so good- my non smoking room smelled horrible. It was obviously a previous smoking room. All of my clothes and gym bags smelled like an ashtray after leaving, very gross. I am sure the guys would of changed my room however being a single female traveler having a room under a light and in the front felt safer. The floors were super dirty. When I wiped up a spill the napkin was grey/brown. I ended up cleaning the whole floor that was in need of a deep cleaning. If the rooms get cleaned, properly cleaned, I would stay there again next visit, if not I would pay more for a clean room.

This Motel 6 location wasn't clean & was very outdated. The rooms that were provided wasn't cleaned upon arrival & had lots of issues. There were what seemed to be dry blood stains on the bed spread & sheets. There wasn't any toilet paper & bars of soap along with bath towels provided inside the room upon arrival. I went to the front desk to ask for these items. The customer service at this location was polite & helpful, even with my list of complaints. They said that they weren't staffed to take care of the issues I had with the rooms, but that they gave me the items so that I could do it myself. I noticed that not all the lighting fixtures worked & that there wasn't any smoke detector inside the room, the wires were hanging from the ceiling. I only found this out, due to the main
