Apache Court Motel

The price, location, owner, and manager are all great. The room itself could reallu be much better. There's no ac and it's sweltering hot, but the manager said he would install an air conditioner. Also, the bed is noisy and uncomfortable. Once again the manager has offered to replace it. I was extremely tired upon checking in so I've yet to take him up on the offer. Once that is done my 3☆ will go to 5☆

No organization when it comes to finding with room your staying in, half the stuff was wrong or missing. There is water damage on the ceiling, room outside is caving in with black mold. Communication was hardly anything. My bathroom door kept falling off. Neighborhood isn't bad tho Neighbors are nice and don't bother you much.

I moved into the Apache Court around 8 months ago. I love it here. Manager's are friendly folks. They do have a lot of family here at the motel as a matter of fact we are all family we help each another out if possible. You get a bad seed in here every once in awhile but not 2 often.

I have a laundry list but due to pedi g legal actions I am not at liberty to go into great detail at this time. I can advise however that the 1 good review is fraudulent made by family of these slumlords. Also they use intimidation to attempt deter tenants from speaking against them.

My over all stay has been pleasant the manager is a hard worker and friendly guy! All the neighbor's are friendly, clean and quiet. Great prices too.
