This is an amazing get away for any couple who wants to spend time together!! Each room is has a different theme and they do an amazing job of making you feel like your in another place. And the staff is always happy to help and does a great job with making your stay special. Plus you get to start the next morning with breakfast in bed and then have until noon to check out. I highly recommend this mini staycation for you and your special someone!! I know that me and my hubby are looking forward to our next getaway there!!

I’m genuinely disappointed by my recent experience with the Anniversary Inn. My wife and I have stayed at their various locations for years to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries, and until now we’ve never had a single issue. Unfortunately, our most recent visit to the Logan location left us feeling dismissed and frustrated on what was supposed to be a special night for my wife’s birthday. I booked our room in January through their official website and received a confirmation email with a reservation number. When we arrived for check in, the receptionist couldn’t find any record of the reservation — not under my name, not under the confirmation number. I even forwarded her the confirmation email, yet the only solution offered was a list of different rooms that were still available that n

Stayed on Jan 1 , 2026 . This was our 15th stay at one of their locations since our first one on our wedding night . We were expecting the same wonderful experience we had the previous 14 times . They had always made us feel important and special . Not any more … |This was our experience -|Room not ready upon arrival . |No cookies upon arrival . |No toiletries , robes . Cheesecake , cider left in the room .|Breakfast was delivered 35 min late , and was shorted what we ordered . Worst of it was entree quality. Felt more store bought and old rather than fresh as it used to be. |Untrained staff who had no idea on customer service or resolution . Only offered excuses . |The Value and Care of the guest in what’s suppose to be a “special” place and experience is gone . So are we.

This was, by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever had at any hotel or bed-and-breakfast. Our breakfast arrived more than one hour later than scheduled and was stone cold upon arrival. Additionally, my boyfriend’s waffles were missing syrup. I attempted to contact the front desk about it three times that morning by phone, but no one answered. I then went downstairs—in my pajamas—to address the issue, only to find the front desk unattended. There was a note indicating staff were delivering other breakfasts and instructing guests to call a listed number for assistance. Unfortunately, calling that number simply caused the unattended front desk phone to ring. I was very surprised that there were not multiple staff members available or that employees were not equipped with mo

Beware Bed Bugs: The first night we stayed in the Presidential suite. It was very nice. We have stayed here before and it is our favorite suite since it is a little more insolated. We have previously stayed in the White house building. Be warned the walls are very thin in this building. The breakfast was not good. They served us a very stale cinnamon roll that was very hard and looked burnt. We never eat the breakfast and went out to eat. We decided to stay a second and night but the room we were staying in was booked so we decided to try another room. The Southern Comfort room was available and we thought we would try it. This room was $300 with taxes. The room is large and the tub is huge, but the TV had a huge box in the middle of the screen saying it needed an update. neither of the
