Positive: I enjoyed the service from the staff. Negative: It's unfortunate that the restaurant wasn't open. I also felt the valet pricing was high especially cause the garage is small and I could see from my window my car was still outside. Also, there was a lot of trouble with the wi-fi

I had several issues come up. The desk lamp was broken. There were only 2 lights in the room, and I was there on business. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone was not working. The shower door did not completely close, so the water covered the floor around the John. The bottom sheet was too small, and just barely hanging on to the Cheney of the mattress. However, they fixed the light promptly after I went down to the front desk. The staff was polite and engaging. The location is lovely. I just felt that for a room at that price, I don't expect those types of issues.

A delightful hotel! The "waterfront" label is spot on; just look at the picture. And to take max advantage of the location, SPLURGE: Get a room with a waterfront-view balcony. In our case, although the balcony was delightful, it was on the other side of a see-through, talk-through, overhear-through divider. We chatted a bit with our neighbors, then lowered our voice volume to achieve privacy without giving up the beguiling view. More: The bathroom was on the small side, but well-equipped. We had two queen beds in the room vs. one king, but the kings (maybe one was left, if that) offered no balconies. The queen was fine; good mattress and bed linens. Our stay at the Waterfront Hotel was wonderful, especially for visiting downtown Annapolis. The location is phenomenal! Yolande, the Assistant Manager, went above and beyond to ensure my belated birthday stay was perfect—her service truly stood out. We loved our dock view room. It was spacious and clean, with a great closet. We were pleasantly surprised that the windows opened, letting in the fresh air and the relaxing sounds of waves. While the bathroom was a little small and dated, everything else was so great that it was a minor issue. The hotel sits right behind The Choptank, an excellent restaurant with a rooftop deck (a great partnership!). We enjoyed delicious, piping hot seafood from there. Every aspect of our stay was exceptional—from valet and concierge to the front desk and housekeeping. The in-room coffee was high quality, the linens and furnishings were exceptionally comfortable, and the views of Annapolis Harbor and downtown, including iconic Ego Alley, were simply spectacular. Thank you for making us feel truly at home.
