We stay there 2 times a year for the Bristol Races. And I must say, this is the finest establishment I have stayed in. The Towles are always on time and the water pressure always knocks the dirt away. If you want to stay in this city, stay at this Andrew Johnson Inn

This place is a rip off I paid 80 bucks and walk into a room with a cleaning basket and a vacuum cleaner with powder STILL on the floor, burn holes all over the blanket, something that looked like blood dripping down the wall behind the door!!! Room 123!!

This hotel is nasty. It doesn't look like they've cleaned the room in ages. Keep your money, go somewhere else. Front desk people/Mangers are rude.

Quite possibly the worst place I have ever had to stay. Their website says pet friendly, however the owner had a problem with our service dogs and it was a fight trying to explain ADA laws. The room was disgusting, stains on the walls, sheets, sink, tub, towels, etc. holes in the walls, constant leaking from both sinks and shower, exposed electrical, taped broken wire. A LOT of safety concerns. Couldn’t shower due to the spout almost falling off and the shower head almost coming out of the wall with the water barely on. I’ve traveled a lot in my life, stayed in several questionable hotels throughout the states, this is the first time a room was so bad I felt it necessary to write a review to warn others. At 6 AM I was woken up by a loud "BANG, BANG, BANG" coming from the room upstairs. This sound continued for about twenty minutes. The plumbing had been installed incorrectly, so it made noise whenever they turned on the water. I checked out immediately, but they were unwilling to refund the rest of my reservation. In addition, the room was dirty, smelly, and generally run-down.
