Great stay in PDC. Loved the pool/hot tub! Would've liked a lighter chnage in breakfast options throughout our stay, but it's not a deal breaker. In my opinion, mattress were a little hard, but I have such a mattress at home that is plush, that may be a personal opinion. Staff was great, parking ample!

This is our second time visiting this hotel, this stay went much better than the first time we stayed. We made sure to request to be on the first floor and to be as far away from the swimming pool/hot tub so that we would overheat while staying there. The breakfast was good, the room was clean, the bathroom was in great shape, we were much happier with this stay then the first one. We will visit again!

Positive: It was clean. Rooms were pretty nice Negative: Breakfast options were pretty limited.. ie: strawberry banana was the only yogurt flavor available. Only 3 kinds of cereal and all almost empty. Granola bars gone by mid morning every time we ate. Etc

I’d like to give them 4.5 stars, as I was pleasantly surprised with the updated rooms and overall interior of the property. My room was clean and properly stocked with the normal amenities you would expect. The room had a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. A nice size tv with a fair amount of channels to choose from. I did not eat any of the breakfast items, but American hotels usually have a decent selection, including cereal, fruit, muffins etc. I stayed here mid week in January so it wasn’t busy at all, and my room rate was very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend giving them a visit, and if I’m back I would stay here again. The bathroom and shower were also a pleasant surprise, very spacious in the shower.

We stayed at the AmericInn in Prairie du Chien while passing through the area. We felt welcome the minute we walked through the door. The lobby was clean and decorated with an autumn theme. The front desk gentleman was professional and polite. Our room was clean. We spent the evening in the pool and hot tub! The breakfast was phenomenal. Cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage were some of the options. The price was reasonable as well. We will go back the next time we are in the area.
