We stayed on February 28th-March 1st and had a WONDERFUL experience. Missy at the front desk was so kind and accommodating, The man working breakfast this morning was so polite and helped us make pancakes. Pool area was clean and towels were stocked. We will definitely be coming back for another stay especially in the summer to enjoy that beautiful view of the water!

Our toilet leaked water, and we told the front desk staff, but she told the maintenance guy standing right next to her and he just stared at me. They didn't really acknowledge our concern about toilet water leaking all over our bathroom floor. The fabric softener dispenser ate my dollar when i tried getting some for our swimsuits. The pool was very nice; this was probably our favorite part of the stay. Art was awesome serving breakfast. He always had helpful suggestions about how to do things, and he was very nice. Breakfast was good, both in variety and taste. Our room was nice overall. The live music, tiki bar, docks, and volleyball pits were all a nice bonus.

Positive: Location was nice. Negative: First room we got was not clean at all. Bed spread apparently had a person with muddy boots on. Floor was dirty. Bathroom was also not clean. It was the worst example of a $--- dollar a night room that I and my Wife have every had.

Room was clean. Lamp was broken, remote didnt work. Man working from desk when we came in was really rude and disrespectful. Even after lamp "was fixed" it was still broken they just made the light bulb work. They had to bring a completely different remote. People above us stopped aroubd all night, people next to us we loud all night into the next day maybe got a hour of sleep if we were lucky and had to be up early to leave early. Pool was so cold we couldn't handle being in there longer than a couple min and neither could other people and there were more than 7 people in the hot tub for over a hour. The next morning go to front desk to complain and she rolled her eyes, asked if I called and complained nope why would I do that when the guy was rude to begin with, so she did nothing neit

Great location with a fun, family-friendly atmosphere. Onsite dining was convenient, and the indoor water park was a huge hit—especially for families with little kids. The only downside was the lack of an elevator, which made getting around with a stroller and kids a bit challenging.
