Room are ok ,clean sorta. My mirror was dirty, and there were makeup stain on duvet cover on my bed and a few hairs so as a cleaner myself for a living, I can tell they are not washing these duvet covers , there was a dried bugger on the side of mattress cover. So yeah. They need new down comforters completely this is all stained and probably mold. But it's not packed busy with traveler's so I am sure they are financially not good. Front Desk gal was super nice and helpful.

I was at the hotel for an extended stay while temporarily having to relocate from my residence. The manager ("Suni") is/was very hands on in managing it. (Based on older reviews, this might be new management with upgrades to the rooms, carpeting, etc.) I had just checked out of a La Quinta up the road before checking into AmericInn, and there was a night and day difference between the two. (In contrast with the La Quinta stay) AmericInn is clean, the staff was consistently helpful, the interior looks new/taken care of, noise was not a problem at all (good sound insulation between rooms), safety was not a concern, parking was easy and ample. I'm glad we're only staying one night. Our room smells like marijuana. We arrived at 3 and it was fine. We came back a couple hours later and the smell is seaping into our room. We said something to the front desk and they didn't seem concerned.

I stayed for two days and had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back again.
