Very nice staff; very cold A/C, low humidity; comfortable, clean bed; solid, hot shower; small clean microwave; good, cold fridge w/ freezer; ice machine on the 2nd floor. Only real complaint was a persistent musky, moldy, or mildewy smell in the room. Non-factors: There was no coffee machine in room (they do have free coffee until 9:30am but doesn’t help when checkout is at 11am). Poor 480p TV but wasn’t there for a TV.

I booked this hotel for two nights and I decided to leave this place after the first night of stay. The room was dirty. There was a smell in the room. The carpet was very disgusting. It felt wet and had many disgusting stains that looked like dried sperm... My feet got itchy after touching it. The towels were dirty and discussing. I didn't really know what they were made of, but definitely not cotton. They were tough on skins and smelled weird. The soup and shampoo they provided were of very low quality. The tub was dirty. The bed was disgusting too! It seemed like they never washed the comforter. It smelled and felt really dirty when I touched it. They Don't Take Nothing Into Consideration But Your Money.They Dont Clean Your Rooms.The Security Guard Is Probably The Nicest Thing They Have To Offer..The Manager Is Rude As Hell And The City Of Houston Should Investigate That Property.You Pay And Cant Even Use The Pool As An Adult Like Its Crazy.I Love The Young Guy That Works The Front Desk At Night Hes Sweet.Just Do Better By People And You'll Win..

Im giving 1 star because me and my family just made a simple pit stop to figure out our next move and was harassed by a female Spanish Security Guard who demanded that me and my family leave the property i tried asking her several questions she did not answer my questions and demanded we leave. I walked inside to speak to the employee of this place and when I explained she harassed me and my family i asked what security company she work for the employee said he dont know. So im guessing that they just let any security guards work there. The RANGER security lady seem to understood me when i was complaining to the employee when I said that her job is only to observe and report and not to interact with people who are doing nothing illegal or wrong doing while the staying residents was doing d
