Hotel was clean and was easy to access the facility and pur room. The breakfast was very limited, only cold egg patties and sausage that had to be microwaved. Small yogurt, cereal, and drinks. The bowl of bananas were all black. Basic hotel and that's what we paid for. Not bad, but simple .

Very disappointed in this hotel. The toilet was clogged when we arrived. When we pulled the lid off to see why water wasn't flowing it hit the toilet bowl and broke. They charged me for the "damage". I tried to chat with Melissa (who claims to be the manage) about it, but got nowhere. Very rude and discourteous and even hung up on me. I've requested to speak with whoever supervises her, but I'm guessing my message wont ever get delivered. The hotel probably used to be fairly nice (back in the day), but today it's run down and the staff are sub-par. I'd suggesting spending your hard-earned money elsewhere...there are a lot of GOOD options in La Grande. This ISN'T one of them.

The first young lady I checked in late at night October 20 with was very friendly and even let me check in my pets that night. However, the next morning, October 21, I didn't want to use my hotel phone due to privacy and asked the senior representative there if I could use their office phone for a quick call because I didn't have a phone. She very loudly and rudely said "No, sounds like a personal problem!" Then when I was checking out later on, she was telling the staff including the cleaning ladies that I was evil. She didn't know me, so it might be discrimination. I barely spoke to this woman, but she seemed like the manager. She seemed angry so I quickly left that morning. She was a tall large blonde lady. Positive: Was mostly quite and we like the 24 hr pool it's always a plus Negative: The hot tub being down and the staff rudeness was unacceptable and very unprofessional

Hotel is extremely dirty There’s mold on the showers and the beds aren’t even swept or cleaned underneath . Also the manager is extremely disrespectful. She verbally assaulted me and accused me of smoking marijuana in my room, but refused to look in my room. I called the cops and the cops verified they said the odor was coming from the hallway and not my room. No marijuana was being smoked in my room. She was very disrespectful and did it not want to hear what I had to say at all not only this she gave me kicked out. She blocked me from every other hotel in the area so I wasn’t able to work anymore. The sad thing is when I try to complain there is no hr number since in privately owned do your self a favor and book somewhere else
