Americas Best Value Inn Waco

Loved my stay, nice good staff, clean rooms, great prices!! There’s a ton of restaurants/stores within walking distance, my fav gym is next door, office is operated 24 hours and they have great quality cameras covering every angle of the building, my family and I felt so safe there, it’s a yes for me!

This place is such a gem, I had a great experience from the moment I checked in, to when I checked out, office staff were quick and nice, my room was very clean, comfortable bed and pillows, bathroom was spotless, and had white clean towels. Office had hot freshly brewed coffee in the morning, along with a complimentary breakfast. Parking was well lit, easy, and very convenient, right outside my room, I felt safe there.

Comfortable and clean rooms at reasonable rates. The breakfast is perfect if you are traveling. Professional work staff.

Positive: It wasn't far from any place you wwnt to go its not or close to major highway where you have to deal with traffic from construction or whatever it suited my families needs very well and for once a hotel that had comfortable beds Negative: No everything was perfect

We walked in our room for 5 minutes and went to the front desk to cancel our stay. The lady at the desk was very nice, but our room was disgusting. First, we noticed what looked like blood spots on the sheets and went to the front to ask for new ones. When we took the old sheets off, the matress and matress cover were covered in urine stains and blood stains. It was unsanitary and honestly unsafe. We asked to cancel our stay and were only refunded for one night. While the room is listed as nonrefundable, you would think health risks (like bodily fluids all over the bed) would be reason to make an exception. The owner wouldn’t even make time to come to the office and speak with us. Don’t stay here - and if you do, don’t look under the sheets.
