Americas Best Value Inn Uvalde

This hotel is showing its age and lack of investment by the owners. Whilst it’s clean and tidy the decor is very dated and well past its sell by date. The lighting is poor and does not really light up the room, the power sockets are sparse at best. The shower is not very good and water pressure poor. I have been here for over two weeks of a 3 week stay and thus far no one has been in to change the bedding or just freshen up the room

I stayed here for a couple of weeks my experience was great besides the room service which only my room got cleaned whenever I asked and complained about it. But I did meet this woman that works in the office her name is Brittany she is really cool and sweet and I made me a new friend which I am glad I did I don’t have many friends

It was a great place honestly. Dahlia was a pretty chill receptionist and very delightful. And was a great assistance and she made us feel calm and at ease with her personality. Would go again

I wish I could do 0 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND! My husband and son didn't get checked in until almost 7pm! Could not get a key, there was blood in the sink and on the towels, the floors were gross and the beds were disgusting. They also had no hot water, no working TV, and our friends toilet didn't work either. When I talked to the office about she said that they don't have a manager for the next week because she is on vacation and that they wouldn't issue a refund anyway because they stayed. There was no other places to stay seeing as it was opening day for dove season and I was very taken back by the demeanor of the front desk. As a mom I am upset that my 7 year old said " It was like straight out of a horror movie". For the price I don't think anyone should stay there. This was sapposed
