Holiday Inn Express & Suites Uvalde by IHG

Terrible management. I have stayed there four times in the past year and had one night that I had to cancel unexpectedly. I understand they have policies, but when I call to speak to the store manager, it took me three weeks to actually get a hold of her. I never received a return call even though the management at the front desk was passing along the notes. I would not write her one star review just for the policy, but the lack of communication and disrespect of not calling me back is unacceptable in the hospitality business. Finally got a hold of the GM today and despite me being a good customer, there was no wiggle room or even an ounce of offer to help. Will not be staying here again. Very unfortunate as most of the staff is great. Best of luck to them as they will need it.

I enjoy staying at the Holiday Inn when I visit Uvalde for several reasons. The staff is always friendly, greeting me by name and responding warmly with a “good morning” or “good evening.” Their hospitality is genuine, and any service I request is provided promptly—often within minutes. After a long, busy day, walking into my room feels welcoming, with lighting that creates a warm, relaxing atmosphere. It’s the perfect way to end the day peacefully. That’s why I choose the Holiday Inn by Choice. I travel there for business to take care of the community and seeing my patient. 1 They changed me to park in the parking lot. 2. Put me in the noiest room they had. 3 treated me like I was a total moron because they girl at the counter doesn't know how to do the key right and when I told her it doesn't work she re did they key had me follower her to the room and said you have to lift up on the handle. You don't think I didn't try that, and who does that fix your door. 4 the coffee creamer was spoiled and they started cleaning the coffee machine while we were trying to get coffee for breakfast. Do not recommend and will not stay here again.

Everything was great, from check in to check out. The room was clean and the hotel was fairly quite. The bathroom was clean, only thing is the sink didn't seem to get much hot water. Overall, a great location, and a comfortable night's rest!

I was impressed by this Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Uvalde Texas, especially how clean my room and bathroom are, even know i managed to found some hair around my bed, some little wall damage, the bathroom floor and shower needs to be a little fixed and clean as well, but anyway, i had a very good time sleeping at this hotel. Especially, I love the luxury design of the couch, the bed, and most of everything else, how everything was good. It finally worked. Please! Try to keep up the good work, especially cleaning as well.
