Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Memphis E

Stayed in this hotel a week. First of all the room is extremely spacious. The rooms and bathrooms are updated and super clean and nice. Our towels and garbage was changed daily. It was quiet and not a lot of foot traffic at all. I will definitely be staying here again. I've been in hotels for a month and so far this hotel has been the best experience!! I've been stressed to the max with these hotels and this one restored my faith and I was able to relax and rest in a peaceful, clean environment.

My 1st time going to this place about 4 days ago. It was a Nice place to stay. Staff was very polite and smell cleaning products as soon as You walk in. Our room was clean sheet, towels etc. Now they could shampoo couch, but for the most part it was great. After checking out,i left something behind and went back my stuff was still there.. so kudos for that, cause you don't get that these days. You left some you not getting it back. So it showed they have Intergity, just my opinion.I notice my review ain't on here. Also and plus for me was cameras and well lit area all around building. I will be going back

Got a stay for one night, picked up my key and went to get food. When I finally got in I did my regular bed bug checks and when I lifted the mattress I found a knife underneath. Went to the front desk to report it and ask for a refund, the guy was extremely rude and said all he could offer was another room because I’d already had it a few hours. It’s a freaking knife ! Be serious. Stay away from this place, never in my life have I experienced anything like this.

They are trying to get better.. they serve breakfast now, and they also just opened their new pool which is pretty nice. They have recently started requiring a $50 cash deposit and that kinda sucks but it's understandable. It's not bad there but they do not like their guests to have visitors at all and they have no problem running folks off.. but if you just mind your business and don't cause problems it's straight

Great place to stay not to expensive and the staff is really nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay
