The person at the counter tried to charge $80 for a room that looked like a mess, with hair on the pillow, the bed unmade, and dank. I'm glad I inspected first. I went across the street and booked at the Baymont Wyndham for a well spent $80, super clean room, professional service, adequate parking for my box truck, laundry and gym, HOT DELICIOUS BREAKFAST , TOP NOTCH! Inspect your room FIRST if you absolutely need to stay at ABV, SOMETIMES THE VALUE ISN'T WORTH LOWERING YOUR STANDARDS.

I love this place it's been there for me since my relative passed and everyone is really sweet and helpful and now since I am about to be an auntie I just wish Elijah could be a lot nicer to a family with autistic people and I wish we could rent there again considering I am looking out for my families health and safety but other than that I hope they won't try to put people on the "Do not rent" list and Blacklist them at the same time hopefully sometime they will let some people that stay there buy them a treat for working so hard because they deserve all the recognition they can get I hope to be able to rent there again soon for my unborn nieces sake.

Positive: The location was convenient. Negative: The room was a disgusting, pasted together mess. Everything reeked of cigarettes, there was graffiti and nicotine stains on every surface. I was propositioned twice by my neighbors and frankly didn’t feel very safe.

Like an old cabin in the woods got to get a little used to it. Thanks Jen Trina the new girl and the old dude for so kindly checking me in every time. The stay has been like a second home at times.

The updated suites are nice! Best/cheapest price in town for rooms! The lady at the desk Trina was very helpful and friendly! She made sure we was satisfied with our rooms!
