Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Helena

When I booked this room I wondered if it was too good to be true that I was able to get a room in Helena for only $55. Indeed, it was too good to be true. The parking lot was littered with vehicles with missing license plates, broken windows and flat tires. The room had a strong odor that seemed to be a mix of pet, chemicals, food and human filth. Easily one of the most foul odors I've ever smelled. The carpet was full of stains. I knew there was little chance that I would get a refund and considered toughing it out to stay there, but after a moment's thought I realized I could not do this to my son and myself, as I felt that I would never be the same again after breathing those fumes for a whole night. In the end, I did ask for a refund. My request was ignored. We did not stay in that wre

Positive: Nothing! Negative: Sketchy neighborhood, crappy furniture, saggy mattress, bad location, not real clean, and the cleaning the did do was so overpowering with bleach it smelled like they were covering a crime scene instead of cleaning! Burned eyes & nose entering the room.

Place is a dump, stains on the floor, smell of stale smoke, dirty belly button, disappointment and regret as soon as I walked in the room. Got a plug in air freshener and turned it to the highest setting and it was no match for covering the smell. Duct tape on the wall covering damage, what looked like mold on the walls in the bathroom. Window didn’t shut all the way. The room above me was constantly practicing clogging or river dancing. People constantly yelling at each other. The one night people were outside at 3am screaming at each other and trampling up and down the stairs. Blankets had burn marks all over them. Great Place – Affordable, Clean and Comfortable!||I want to report that I had an excellent stay at Americas Best Value Inn & Suites. Everything went smoothly during check-in and check-out. I was in for a surprise once I arrived, the staff were very nice and welcoming, I felt really welcome there.||The room was immaculate, featuring well-appointed linens and a cozy bed that allowed for a sound night’s sleep. Even this low budget option was a great hotel, decent free WiFi, we had a fridge in our room and the bathroom was clean with hot water and good water pressure.||That motel had one of the best things going for it: The location. It was even located near the freeway, Walmart is also near, and it is also near downtown. ||On the whole, I would definitely recommend Americas Best Value Inn & S

This is the most disgusting place I've ever stayed. It's so dirty. No TV. They've had a "cable outage" for over a month I'm told. Shower is dirty.. sheets are dirty with the last persons hair. I'm blonde and there is long dark hair all over the bathroom. The door blew open with the lock engaged last night in a wind storm. The cold air blows through the gap in the door frame. The refrigerator froze my leftovers and then the microwave was broken and wouldn't heat it up. Also dirty inside. The ice bucket is used and dirty. Save yourself!! I'm leaving early with no refund. I cannot rough this out. Not worth it
