Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Flagstaff

This hotel was clean and the rooms were cozy. Staff was friendly and helpful. The stairs are not suitable for pets so it's best to request a ground floor room if you have a pet. There is a good Chinese restaurant nearby but the street isn't the most pedestrian-friendly.

Small hotel very friendly. Every staff member say good morning or good afternoon waved at you if you saw you in the parking lot breakfast was thin no hot only muffins toasting waffles 930 means 930. Don’t be there at 9:31 when you won’t get anything. Not a bad stay, but it’s not the Hilton just remember it’s nice and clean. The bed was already wrapped and comfortable.

Positive: Convenient location Negative: Staff never came to service the room. We were there for several days, and I had to go down to the office every day to get toilet paper and fresh towels. For how much I paid for the room, i was disappointed in the experience.

Yes this is a older hotel but no worries here. We had two rooms they were clean and came with things like the shower condiments, and a good grab and go breakfast. If you are trying to save money and not pay the high ridiculous other hotel prices then this Inn is great! I would stay here again for the money and room was clean.

Room was clean, but not what we reserved because what we reserved was not yet cleaned. It's a very old (previous HoJo's or something), with cruddy spots where old fixtures used to be. The shower wasn't hot until I turned the cold water on in the sink full blast. I went to the office in the middle of the night to find a drink of water. (Wouldn't trust these sinks to be potable) The vending machines didn't have water. -- The office was closed but the night window was open. "Yes, we have water in the lobby. No you can't have it. Come back at 6am." 'Breakfast' was the usual cheap hotel unbearably weak coffee (sweet n low avail), with a hard boiled egg and slice of bread. All in all, it was a clean place for the night with very limited parking and a lot of annoyances (too many to reasonabl
