Americas Best Value Inn San Antonio Downtown Riverwalk

The price is a good deal considering the room and hallways were very clean with no noisy strangers. The room had a fridge, microwave and a tv with lots of apps on it. I've stayed at other places with the same price that only offered a barely functional tv with no other appliances. There is a $5 parking fee but its a lot better than other places that charge $15. If I'm traveling in that area again I definitely staying here again.

We were fairly skeptical of this place due to location but we were pleasantly surprised at how much we liked it. Place was quiet, relaxing, and had cameras and well-lit areas for safety. Despite not getting a non-smoker room, the room was pretty clean and smell-free. Bed was comfy, no bed bugs or any other bugs, tv was big and had many channels, the decor is modern and it thankfully has hardwood floors. Bathroom was clean as well. Just wish the bed had a thicker blanket and we got a bar of soap instead of that smelly orange hand soap haha but really nothing major or too inconvenient. It was down the street from River walk which was awesome. we were very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Price can’t be beat!

I read the reviews and had low expectations for this place. But considering the price we paid, I think it's above my expectations in every category. The hotel manager Rick is very nice and reasonable. He is very busy but still made all his effort to accommodate our needs. I highly recommend this place if you would like to get an inexpensive but clean, comfortable and convenient place to stay in San Antonio.

Positive: Nothing Negative: 1. WiFi wasn?t working. 2. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and when I contacted front desk, they asked me to remove it myself. 3. Bedsheet was stained and flipped inside out 4.Towel was stained, and show liner extremely dirty.
