Americas Best Value Inn NRG Park Medical Center

I give this extended Stay a 10 star rating. The housekeepers, maintenance and daytime front desk associates were extremely professional and hospitable. Despite one apple that DIDN'T spoil the bunch which is the night desk clerk who was extremely rude, dry and unprofessional. I would MOST definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family. Their star rating is off the chart a 10 🌟 s for me

Since arriving, all of the Staff, starting with AJ, made me feel welcome, in the difficult time of my young son, at MD Anderson. I truly appreciate the Awesome Hospitality!…💚|I would recommend this place to stay, there are so many stores and eateries in walking distance. They have a shuttle that can take you to the hospital. They have breakfast and coffee in the morning. This place is amazing!

Positive: Room was comfortable and staff was also focus on customer service Negative: although it is close to NRG Stadium which is great, the location around the hotel was a little dirty outside.

My family and I stayed here a week for medical hospital. Rooms were clean , beds are on the firmer side but still very comfortable. Housekeeping was very friendly and front desk as well. We will be staying here when we return.

The rooms are clean and updates have been made to this older hotel. It’s hard to make a property this age look new but the paint is fresh, the floors are updated tile, the furniture is not worn. The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. If you are looking for a budget hotel, I recommend it. If you want something comparable to a Doubletree or Marriott, you should go to one of them.
