Booked for online! When I arrived at the hotel I was told a $30 deposit! Not only that she racially profiled me because she “smelled weed” but still let me book a room. Paid for deposit, checked into the room, dirty towels! Then she proceeds to say it wasn’t dirty and they have no extra towels! Morning time to check out she proceeds to say I won’t be getting my deposit back, she even brought up a voice recording of what she think she said. Had to call the cops because of not only rude she was but simply because she racially profiled me to begin with! Do not book this hotel! Very racist! No customer service whatsoever!

Positive: "" Negative: The room was not clean. Specificalky the sheets were dirty, full of stains, and there was no blanket. Also, they promised breakfast and there was just coffee and a take away cake or something similar.

Stayed at this place because it was cheap and I needed something last minute. You definitely get what you get for. The rooms weren’t the cleanest. The carpet was coming off the side of the room. I did see a few cockroaches. The bathroom had a hole in the wall. The outlets were barely staying in place in the wall. Room service only came once, and I had to go ask for clean towels multiple times. Wasn’t the best smelling either. Since I just needed a crash pad I wasn’t too pressed, however definitely avoid if you plan actually spending time in your room. I’m sure you can find much better places for around the same price if you take the time to look.

The room had roaches coming out while watching TV. The room definitely needs to be updated. It wasn't bad if you can overlook the roaches and paint chipping everywhere. The service was terrible we had to go find someone just to get toliet paper and clean towels and wash cloths. The location was quiet outside of people running in and out next door to me. The outside needs some work. There was no ice machine or soda machine that you could access that had it blocked off where you couldn't access it. I would not recommend this place to anyone

I booked for one night on August 15th. There wasn't a single cup in the room, not even a paper cup. The sheets were stained, and I sniffed them. They didn't smell like freshly washed disinfectant. The four pillowcases were freshly changed and smelled like they'd been washed. They said breakfast was included, but it was just a bag of snacks and brewed coffee. I asked the Indian woman, "Is that breakfast?" She said yes, then pulled out another bag of snacks from under the counter and said, "That's all there is to breakfast." Is this what Indians consider a continental breakfast? This was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. I'm giving them a 0-point review, feeling insulted and deceived.
