. ***********BUG ISSUE*********** We dealt with the heat not going above 72. The television not working. But the roaches were overwhelming in the morning. Shaking out luggage. And were from this town . We just wanted a nighg out away from the kids. Vwry upseting and instead of a refund we were offwred a discount to apend the night with the roaches again .ha! Ill never stay at a nasty establishment. And will feequently remind customers of how not just my review buy others also spoke on this establishmenta BUG issue

The location was great for us, and the price was very reasonable. However, the rooms were not very clean, and there were flies and bugs in both the rooms and bathrooms. There was also a noticeable mold smell that made the stay less pleasant. On the positive side, the front desk attendant was very friendly and helpful. I hope management addresses the mold odor and improves room cleanliness. For reference, I had two rooms for my crew, and both had the same issues.

I found this hotel on Priceline. Decided to go for it. The location was easy to find. I had a easy hassle free check in Heather was bubbly. Her interactions were are great. She paid special attention to my littles. She made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. I visit the arra quite often I will use this as my go to lodging from here on out. Our rooms were conveniently next to each other. Made it easy to stay together as a big family. Heather helped us with our door, the one gave us a little issue, however she helped us resolve it quickly. My wife was very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and room as well. See y'all again soon.

Undisclosed Pet Fees & Multiple Room Issues - Beware Hidden Charges I booked a King room through Booking.com for $465. The listing clearly stated "PET FRIENDLY" but included zero mention of any pet fees. Upon check-in, I was hit with an unexpected $120 pet fee that was never disclosed during the booking process. Only after I had already paid and arrived was I handed a Pet Acceptance Agreement to sign. Room Issues: The King room I booked had a serious shower leak creating puddles on the bathroom floor. Was moved to a cheaper 2-double bed room with no price adjustment for the downgrade. The replacement room had a non-working bathroom light from Thursday check-in until Monday afternoon (4 days without proper bathroom lighting). Bug infestation in the room - my wife was bitten multiple times
