Americas Best Value Inn Lynnwood Seattle

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. I found the staff to be very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was very basic with items like fruit, toast , yogurt , oatmeal, hot coffee and juice ( it didn’t include hot made foods like scrambled eggs or bacon). Given that the cost was very affordable, the hotel exceeded my expectations and was a very nice stay for the time I was visiting. Often when I travel I am just looking for someplace clean, quiet and comfortable. I would certainly stay at the Americas Best Value Inn again.

I had an opportunity to stay for a few days here, and stayed in a king jacuzzi room and also in a queen standard room. The beds in both rooms were very comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was great! The rooms were very clean, quiet and nicely furnished. The staff, including housekeeping, the front desk and management, were all awesome and very customer service oriented. I wanted to especially shout out front desk person Sarah and manager Kristi. Both were very helpful, and Kristi, in particular, went above and beyond to help resolve a situation. Her kindness and assistance were greatly appreciated. I enjoyed my stay here and would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

Great budget hotel perfect for an overnight stay. No frills, just clean rooms and nice people. Location was also excellent.

Positive: Free breakfast and room was very clean Negative: If you lose your room key or don't return it They charge $5 each key. Make sure to return it. Also was charged a different price than what I booked room for online. Kids 12 and older additional $15 per night per child

Rooms were clean however the breakfast options were disappointing and cleanness. Check in was easy and the location is great. Grocery stores, restaurants and shopping plazas are close by. There were kids running down the hallways last night so I encourage parents to watch and properly train their children. Also, there is a small laundry area to wash/ dry clothes but the room is very small (a little bigger than the size of a broom closet). I wish there was a gym to workout but overall it's okay. I usually stay at Holiday Inn express (about 6minutes away) but there was no availability and I was booked for this location.
