Americas Best Value Inn Houston Heights at I-45

Please don’t waste your money at this hotel. Roaches in the rooms, racist treatment, and people getting kicked out after paying. Worst experience ever.

Great spot, access to alot of places and close by. You could walk to Walmart, a bar, you name. Just to many homeless people.the rooms are remodeled and nice. Kinda sucks there ice machine and soda machine doesn't work. Also no breakfast or laundry matt.

Came for a night to go to the MFA. The stay was short but the hotel was nice, quiet, and clean. The room was neat and service was good. Would come back

Positives - ||||This motel is well located for a stay in Houston and its easy to reach downtown, be it by road or on the light rail - the red line goes out all the way to where the motel is stationed and is about a 10 minute walk. This costs only $1.25 to reach the city so is really good value. With trams running once every 12 minutes it is a good way to reach the city. If you would like to to this head for Northline Transit Center/HCC station. ||||Negatives -||||Being located so close to the high-way means there is a lot of noise pollution. This was very noisey - glad I took ear plugs. Due to the motel set up every action that went on in the car park overnight was also disturbing if you are trying to sleep.||||I would also assume this is in a bad area of town as the motel reception desk

I got a room here and honestly I really am surprised of how nice this place is especially with a nice price for the rooms, the front desk person is really nice and sweet and the rooms are really clean I will for sure come here again its a really good spot to stay at 👍
