Customer Reviews
I needed a room for the night, showed 4 stars. Beds very uncomfortable and very used. Mustie smell.no smoke alarm, broken furniture, broken doors. No extra locks on doors. Beautiful view out window of homeless camp behind motel. Lights don't work. Very apparent owners don't really care. Very sad
People working at front desk were very kind and helpful as it was our first time in the US and we were waiting for a flight the next morning. They let us borrow their phone to call and helped us with ordering food. The rooms could use a bit of an upgrade but overall the experience was okay for 1 night :)
Positive: It was close by a lot of restaurants! Negative: As soon as you enter, the lobby lights are dim. It gives ahs meets hostile vibes kinda sketchy. Even the room felt unsettling. The bed sheets seemed clean but I couldn?t get past all the cigarette holes in them.? I don?t plan on ever going back.
I booked here to meet up friends from out of state for our trip to the Renaissance Festival. When we arrived, the people working were less than happy to help us and I was told the Non-Smoking King Suite that I reserved the month prior was not available, but I had the option of a room with two Queen's or a Smoking King Suite. My boyfriend and I shrugged and went with the Smoking, we wanted a big bed, and went up to the third floor to the available room. When we walked in the first thing that hit us was the smell... the second were the giant roaches running around like they owned the place. We popped down to our friend's room (Room 211) to drop off our items and saw that their room was just as bad, though minus the roaches. (From what we saw.) The floor was unstable, a leak went from the bat
God move from Romero because it was not clean, had bugs all inside of the tub and put to a room where the TV didn't work when I went to the front office to tell about it. A man told me that I could just get a refund. After I had booked the room earlier, which was okay with me. But then the lady cause I had stayed there before she. They got another room together. That didn't have lights inside of it and they fix the t. V. You want me to grow on the t? V? But then I realized that I had left some things. Inside of the other room will one thing in particular , but when I went back in this is , after she checked the room , I found that I had left a lot of hygiene on this dress , but one particular thing like a blunt was gone
