Stay here at your own experience because let me tell you it's an experience. A very rude, expensive unsanitary experience. 80 dollars for just one night and more money if you want to watch the TV, not only that but if any spilled stuff or marked on bed sheets expect them to be pissed when you want cleaner sheets especially if you have children 5 and under. Floors are so dirty the kids feet were black from just walking on it. They didn't take out the trash bags but only dumped the trash in outside bens leaving the trash bags in it. Horrible, unsanitary, and expensive, experience I do not recommend. Please look elsewhere if you value your experience, money, and a sanitary environment.

If I could put 0 stars I would. The woman request for me to watch my children when she doesn't know the age of or how many exactly her words because of poop stain on sheet. My 5 month old had one blowout. this time today my 5 month old peed through a towel and expected me to not request a new set of bed sheet mind the same with the blow out just this time with a towel. I tried to be precaution but theres not much you can do when a baby starts to pee I tried using her new diaper to catch her pee and the pee didn't absorb and went into towel and said bed sheets. I was furious for her not even confronting me and asking questions just watch your children. I have got refund and will be seeing service else where. Not only did the woman but a man was saying that they dont do bedding every day I d

Positive: Clean room and bathroom. Room was not crowded lots of space. Negative: Entrance door to the room did not seal correctly allowing cool air to escape from the room, causing the AC to run all night.

Anyone who rates this place over a 1 is clearly a friend to the owner of the business or has gotten paid to write the review!!!! The guy at the counter was super rude for one. The room was filthy, dirty tub, dirty sheets, the pictures that posted on here, don't even match how the room actually looks, and on top of that it has bugs and when I told them my grievances and let them know that I wanted a refund they gave me the runaround, told me it was not their policy to provide refunds and I told them they policy should be to have a clean room without bugs. And I never received a refund. I gave him the key back and just left.

Unsanitary and Dishonest|My stay at America’s Best Value Inn in Giddings was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition, with visible dirt and cockroaches present — completely unacceptable for any guest. To make matters worse, I was nearly overcharged in a way that felt intentionally misleading. Between the lack of cleanliness and questionable business practices, I strongly recommend avoiding this location. oh and let me add that the front desk specifically brought up that me and my family would have a smoker free room and when i walked in it was very clearly not a anti-smoking room, even the main front desk room had cigarettes all over the tables. another thing is the pool was the size of a hot tub with unclean water.
