Americas Best Value Inn - Frost Bank Center

Positive: Nothing. Negative: This was the WORST experience with hotel ive ever had. Broken into on the first night, drugs everywhere, staff steals the deposit and lies to you, they let the the people who break into the room steal your possessions. Not a safe place.

Room was dirty. Smelled terribly of weed. TV did not work; no breakfast as stated when we booked. Leaves a lot to be desired ! A deep clean would be appropriate.

Not so clean and please find another hotel to have more comfortable experience

I wish I could leave a negative 5stars. Rooms are absolutely disgusting. Management hires random people to "help" clean, when really the people who helped scoped out my room, waited until I left, broke in, stole my things, and weren't charged by the police since he was technically allowed in my room since he had supposedly been hired to help. STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Desk workers lied about how much of my deposit was returned, he told us he gave us our $100 deposit back, when we counted it, turned out to be $25. No one has name tags so you cant tell who even works there. The man who broke in and stole from me, sat at the steps in front of my door for half the night after this happened. If you want to get robbed, taken advantage of, possibly get a disease from the rooms, and be ripped of

Nothing super special about stay here, standard motel in Texas. The only thing that really stuck out is that the lobby is locked and someone had to go wake the front desk clerk in their actual room, because the bell at the desk did not work. Had to wait around in the 95 degree heat for 15 minutes waiting for the clerk/owner. Highlights- Beds- big, comfy, nice pillows; a fair amount of furniture (desk, night stand); microwave; refrigerator (although missing some shelving) Low points- Bathroom- toilet had problems flushing properly (and was wobbly); shower/bath unit had wear and tear, but shower head was new; power sockets had regressed into walls and were difficult to use
