Immaculate rooms, welcome gifts of bottled water and bars. Coffee maker in the room and office in the morning. Refrigerator, microwave, desk w/comfortable swivel seat, iron and ironing board in the room. The manager has been working there for 13 years and is really friendly and helpful- I had computer issues connecting to the internet and he quickly called the internet company and we figured out the issue (it was my computer that was not connecting). While the outside is unassuming, the product is great. I felt safe and would take my family here if I came back. While this is downtown Eugene where the homeless population has increased since COVID, it did not negatively affect my stay and it’s not like people were coming into the property or anything. Excellent hotel for a very reasonable price. Rooms are clean and maintained during stay. Front desk is very helpful, friendly, and professional. Location was central to major freeways and thoroughfares. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Positive: The price was good for the area, the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Negative: The only thing I didn't like was the area but all cities are like that these days with drug addicts walking around. It just makes me paranoid about my car getting broken into at night.

The experience was wonderful from A to Z! The front staff person was very friendly and nice and gave us a few dollars off the internet rate. The room was very clean and well accommodated. The bed was comfortable. The only drawback was the window air conditioner was very loud. That shouldn't stop someone from taking advantage of the hospitality of this property.
