American Inn of Cocoa

Owners are very rude and racist . They smiled and were very polite until they got our money . They started talking to us any kind of way when asking for tissue and other things that should’ve been in the room told us we couldn’t get anything until the next morning. Which was very inconvenient because my husband works 12 hours shifts at SpaceX so he sleeps in the morning so we do most of our errands in the evening. Wouldn’t recommend although it’s a over all clean place.

If I could leave a 0 I would staff service horrible took in hour just to get my room I showed them I already paid for my room and still there don’t want to get me my room I asked for a non smoking and the room smell like smoke never coming here again

This place was disgusting because I rented it during the day but at soon as it was dark outside the bugs came out of everywhere and I do mean everywhere. I would definitely not stay here if I was you because the couch that was in the room and the nightstand and even when I lay down on the bed they started to come out on the bed I have one crawl on my leg it was the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I didn't complain to him the next morning and left and went to my brother's to spend the night to get of there because I know he wouldn't move me to another room at night time so I waited till the next morning to tell him about it and he seemed like a complete jerk about it and he also said this is Florida and I was blown away by what he said I couldn't believe it. I come to work to Cocoa and I take this hotel for weekly rate supposed to be. It was 350 a week better when I pay. I pay $402. $52 of Texas is too much taxes name. They turn off the AC every single day when I. Come out of the room, no good.
