I had a terrible experience at this hotel. I ended up changing rooms four times. • The first room had a cockroach. • The second room had barely any water. • The third room smelled strongly of cigarettes. When I asked for a refund so I could leave, they refused due to their “policy” and kept trying to move me to another room instead of giving me the refund. I even told the receptionist, “It looks like we’re going to spend the whole day trying to find a room for me since you won’t give me a refund.” On top of all this, the internet was terrible. It kept saying I was connected to the Wi-Fi, but there was no actual internet the entire time.
