Amazing Views Cabin Rentals

My husband and I stayed in the Mountain Majesty at Smith Creek cabin with some of our friends a few weeks ago. The cabin was beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves. We had a few issues with the bedding and plumbing. We called the Amazing Views office and they immediately addressed the dirty bed linen issue. (There was someone's makeup on the pillow case and when smelling it, I can tell it was used. Also, the bottom sheet looked as if it was used and not changed). This was addressed and nee linen was provided. It took days days to resolve the shower drain issue. Come to find out it was clogged eith hair. Also, hair was found in the walk-in shower and in the wash cloths. I think they need a better cleaning crew to dust and make sure the linens are cleaned and beds are changed (Cleanlin

We rented Pinnacle View Lodge (Timber Tops/Amazing Views) for a 23-person nonprofit board summit. On arrival, the cabin was not guest-ready: thousands of ladybugs and hundreds of stink bugs across window sills, walls, and floors; hair on beds; dirty rags in tubs; trash left in rooms; cobwebs; confetti on couches; and stained bedding. That first night the alarm panel chirped every 10 seconds and could not be silenced. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Amazing Views and Timber Tops are the same company. I have nothing positive to say about the customer service experience or them delivering on what they advertise. We stayed at the Mountain Castle. Is the view gorgeous? Of course, you're in the mountains and beautiful views are all around. Anything these companies are responsible for was terrible. The cabin boasted sleeping arrangements for 60 people, with only 10 parking spots, not enough seating, a broken microwave, and 1 functioning coffee pot out of 5. Let's not forget the health and safety concerns. A hot tub that didn't heat to proper temp and fire pit with a faulty ignition. We arrived late last night. Hard to find cabin. The cabin is cute but needs serious cleaning and utensils are sparse. Shower had glob of hair in it and toilet had ring. There is cobwebs everywhere and windows are filthy. Chairs outside covered with spider webs. Hot tub smells like mildew and large spider webs there also. I called and they offered to have the cleaning person came out which I thought was a joke. Oh and the amazing view is all trees looking through dirty windows

We stayed at the Honey Bear Hideaway cabin 622 Sunrise Blvd Severville Tn. First off there is no views at all. The cabin sits between to main roads. The smell of sewer when any water was on was so bad! There was one swing on the front porch. But the porch was surrounded by tress. It was awful. We had made sure to have a hot tub. It had one but was unable and afraid to use it due to the sewer smell of the water. Cabin is very old and dirty. I actually covered up the couch we sat on with a blanket. So we wouldn’t have to sit on the dirty couch. This was supposed to be a romantic getaway. And you ruined it. All we had talked about was sitting on the porches and seeing the mountains. We weren’t even able to sit on the porch. I will tell everyone I know how bad this was and pray people read the
