Aloft Waco Downtown

I was pleased with this hotel. Everyone of the staff members I encountered was freindly. Zack was very helpful when my car wouldn't start. I would definitely recommend to stay here. Only issue was how long it took the room to warm up.

This is very nice hotel, if you're looking for something that is clean and can convenient. The rooms are nicely done as I have experienced with all of the Aloft, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The only thing that I would say would be a drawback, is that around 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning, the freight trains roll through the area next to the hotel with their horns blowing. That's not the hotels fault or anybody else's, it's just what it is.

The hotel looks nice and is clean. No complaints on that. But don’t plan to get your kids or yourself to bed early! There was music blaring from the pool area until late! It was louder than the TV in our room. I checked - no one out there. I asked the front desk if they could turn it down since no one was in the pool area. She said she didn’t know how. I was told maybe the night crew would turn it down. I didn’t pay for this room so I could listen to dance music thru the walls when I needed to sleep. Won’t book again.

Positive: The staff was super friendly. The interior is nice and modern and the room was spectacular and super clean. Negative: My room faced the interstate and was noisy. There was another wing that I should?ve requested away from frontage to the interstate.

Absolutely loved this hotel for our short stay in waco. Very quiet an clean. Alot of cute shops within walking distance. Also eating places. The rooms was nice an clean loved the legit loft vibe. They have a gym and pool. Huge sitting area downstairs. I even saw dog treats for your fur babies and water bowls so i assume they are pet friendly.
