Aloft Raleigh-Durham Airport Brier Creek

I stayed at the Aloft Brier Creek over the holidays for a business trip, and it once again exceeded my expectations. Whenever I have business in the Raleigh-Durham area, I always try to stay at this hotel because the experience is consistently great. From the moment I arrived, the staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely friendly — every time I left or returned, I was greeted and wished a great day, with thoughtful small talk that made the stay feel personal. I want to give a special shoutout to Ransford, the manager, Beryl at the morning front desk, and Ovi the shuttle driver, who were all outstanding. I often stay at Marriott brand hotels because I can count of them to offer clean, fair priced, good location and a safe home away from home. I was not impressed with the Aloft brand hotel. When I walked in, there was loud music and flashing blue/red lights when we arrived at check-in. My client mentioned that we must have found the "rave". This is not the type of environment I prefer in a hotel for work. I'm not that old, so it's not an age thing, it just didn't feel comfortable and peaceful. The hotel was not especially clean (I'm not normally picky so it's not like I'm holding them to an overly high standard). The décor was not my favorite trying for modern but I found it tacky. The paint on the walls looked to be done by an amature, with crooked lines and paint on the ceiling. The beds

We ended up at this hotel after the hotel we had booked had an issue. This hotel was able to accommodate us and our large breed dog on a spur of the moment notice. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. This was a great place to unwind after a rather stressful day.

After working a long shift my crew and myself only wanted food and our beds. We got to the airport and everything was closed. When we got to the hotel the bar just shut down however Tonya quickly said she will make us dinner! Riley and Tonya are a true asset to your company being a flight attendant great Customer service is so appreciated. Thank you ladies keep up the good work. S/o to the van driver as well

This Aloft hotel is fantastic. The lobby is clean, stocked with snacks, the staff is attentive, and the rooms are clean. Elise, the hotel’s operation manager, is fantastic and incredibly helpful. 10 out of 10 would recommend to anyone staying in the RDU area. Thanks, Elise!
