Aloft Philadelphia Airport

Hotel staff friendly and efficient. Kemani is so nice and friendly at the front desk. William the morning cook does a great egg sandwich with a pleasant touch. Enjoy going across the parking lot to the Sheraton for drinks and food. Akeen Tianna are wonderful at running the bar!!! Overall a pleasant stay.

Airline arranged due to mechanical. We had several choices and selected this one based on reviews. When we got on the shuttle we were happy to see that it was a crew hotel. No included breakfast but were given vouchers by airline. Prompt and courteous shuttle staff.

After checking in and going up our room, we quickly realized it was never cleaned from the previous guest. We were given another room and it was rather clean and it was fine, until we went to use the shower. There was no hot water and by this time it was late and we didn’t want to move rooms again. Shuttle to the airport was on time. Their shuttle runs 24/7 and is supposed to be every 20 minutes. After 2 phone calls and 40 minutes, a shuttle finally arrives to pick us up. Probably never stay at Aloft again.

A great place to stay before heading to the airport. Beautiful rooms, there is a pool table in the lobby. Super friendly staff on this visit. Totally recommend
