This hotel is such a great find for people traveling with their dogs. We have three golden retrievers and most hotels allow two dogs with some kind of maximum weight, I’m not sure why so many hotel managers think that smaller dogs are quieter or do less damage. Many hotels charge $50, $75 or more for a dog in a room. No pet fee here! No 2 ‘small dogs’ limit! |When we checked in, we were greeted by Kimberly. She was fantastic, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The room was nice, photos on their site represent it well. |The hotel has dog water and treat stations. Behind the hotel is a nice fenced city dog park. |Breakfast is minimal as at all Aloft hotels but there was a hot food option for a charge, free coffee and a hot cocoa bar. Outdoor pool in a courtyard was not usabl

Well.. I wanted to love staying here but here are some cons. The walls are so thin. You will more than likely get a room connected to another room by what seems to only be a small door. I unfortunately got roomed next to the loudest people ever. First, all I heard was kids screaming. Next, they continued to blast music (mostly the same damn song over and over.) fine, whatever. Mind you, this was 10pm. I let it go. Then they did it again around midnight to 1am. That’s when I was extremely annoyed. There was also someone’s hair stuck to the shower wall. I don’t recommend coming right at check in. At least not on a holiday. The front entrance to check in, there will be a line of cars overflowing out into the road. So wait a bit and then come. Check in is at 3pm and check out is at noon. They

Positive: Great location, clean facilities and very nice staff members! The elevators worked well and didn?t sound like I was going to get stuck. It?s also a very pet friendly hotel with little treats and things for your dogs Negative: Breakfast options were a bit pricy

The concept of this hotel was probably great at one time. I didn't see that the restaurant/bar weren't available anymore until after I booked, which is wild because of the price they are charging for these rooms. They aren't even remodeling or upgrading, just no restaurant or even bar. The walls are PAPER thin. I will say the front desk staff were so kind, but they are selling a premium price for a lackluster stay. I am SHOCKED this even shows up on Marriott's website. They gave us two mini bottles of water and offered free wifi for being a Marriott Rewards member, big deal. How about a discount on parking, or some actual amenity? I just think this price was way out of line, it's not even that close to Downtown you have a pretty long walk in a dimly lit area. Pass. Pay the extra to

I could not have asked for a better experience during my five month stay at Aloft. I highly recommend it because of the exceptional staff. The length of my stay was unexpected, and I want to thank and commend Kim, Nick, Shalyn, Shunay, and Jay at the front desk for their excellent service and kindness -- they always made me feel welcome. My sincerest thanks also to Ivonne and the entire housekeeping team who took such great care of my room and the hotel as a whole -- I appreciate all of their great work. Five months was a long time in a hotel, but this group made me feeI very much at home. Thanks to you all!
