I wasn’t overly impressed with my stay here. The staff is friendly and we were able to get what we needed out of the stay. The valet crew is amazing. Great view. The lighting in the room was 2/10. One lamp for the entire room, very difficult to see (and I have great eyes). The rooms are HOT!!! The shower head sprayed water in every direction but where needed and the water did not drain properly, leaving us standing in shallow water most of the shower. Location was great for getting anywhere in the city. 3/10 and probably wouldn’t stay again.

I enjoyed my two night stay here. Checked in a little early and was greeted warmly. Room was on same floor as pool and workout area. I didn't use either...:-) Room was spacious. Could have used some more outlets and lighting options. Bed was comfortable. Great location and a great breakfast place across the street (Two Chicks). The only cup option in the room was coffee cups or cheap plastic water cups. I went down to the bar and asked for two glasses so we c

The staff here is great! Always friendly and very helpful. The rooms are just ok, thin walls and no soundproofing make it tough to sleep without earplugs. Love the location, but would not stay here again due to the noise levels.

I recently stayed at Aloft New Orleans Downtown on Baronne Street, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I originally booked my reservation with the option to pay at the hotel, but my reservation kept getting canceled multiple times. After dealing with that frustration, I finally went ahead and prepaid the required amount prior to arrival just to secure the room. Upon check-in, I was informed there would be a $150 hold placed on my card. This was never disclosed to me prior to booking. In addition, parking is valet only and costs $50 per day, which is charged directly to your room. You didn’t even have the option to pay for the parking separate from the room. These unexpected charges were frustrating, especially after already dealing with reservation issues. Once in t
