Aloft Nashville West End

**Beware if you are at all sensitive to environmental allergens or irritants.** I've stayed here twice for work related travel. Both times I've suddenly had serious sinus and throat irritation. The first time, I was busy and didn't give it much thought. I assumed I caught a bug but I did note that the hallways smelled like a pool. Upon arriving for my second stay, I immediately started feeling a runny nose and an itchy throat that worsened as I spent more time in the room. I'm not usually sensitive to this sort of thing - I know many people are immediately able to sense when there's mold but that's not how my body reacts. The fact that I and several others I spoke to had this same experience indicates a serious problem to me. This feels like a large issue as many areas of the hotel smell

Great hotel, rooms are big, lobby and hallways smell like oranges. Rooms are huge and beds comfortable. Really good spot just off broadway. Davonne at valet/reception was exceptional. Great service, very kind and courteous and made me feel very welcomed. ||Great spot! Thank you Aloft!

Positive: "" Negative: They could not find my reservation (even though I had paid in full), a/c didn't work, gave me the wrong style room from what I reserved, internet was awful and no usb plug ins. I will never stay at this location again when traveling to Nashville.

I stayed at this hotel from February 12–13 while visiting Nashville for a Galentine’s trip. The hotel itself and the front desk staff were very pleasant, but unfortunately the valet experience was extremely disappointing and would make me reconsider staying here again. When we first arrived around check-in time, we saw two young men who were valets. We asked one of them a where hotel parking was located. Instead of answering or offering guidance, he shrugged and did not clearly respond, which left us confused. We ended up circling the block and going inside the lobby to ask the front desk for clarification. The front desk associate was helpful and explained how the parking process worked. I just had the pleasure of speaking with Elizabeth for assistance with my upcoming reservation. She was SO personable, informative, and exactly what I would hope for when calling any business, especially one I also represent! Hands down the best over the phone experience I’ve had with any property! She trumps most in person interactions too. Her professionalism without sounding robotic can’t be taught! I hope she is valued and recognized. You can tell this is how she conducts herself regularly and it is a skill and a pleasure to encounter in our industry☺️ Fantastic first impression. I can’t wait for our stay with you all!
