Aloft Chattanooga Hamilton Place

We were looking for a Marriott brand hotel in the Chattanooga area where we could overnight on our way to Florida. The pros of this hotel are that it is clean and new. It's a funky and cool hotel. The vibes are nice. However, it is located in a mall parking lot. Literally. Parking is a big problem, especially if you are traveling on the weekend. The rooms are cute, but they are small for four people. This place would probably be great for a business person during the week. It has a bar upstairs and many amenities (outdoor pool, lounge area, workout space). But for a family it is less than ideal. It also doesn't include breakfast, just so you know.

Positive: Comfortable beds, great location, rooms are always clean. Love the cute see through refrigerator and the colors of the room Negative: Greeter at the desk wasnt very friendly. He did not greet us or smile.

This hotel was in a great location. Right off of the highway, walking distance to many things…the only downside, as mentioned, is the parking situation. We arrived late on a Friday night, so Cheescake Factory & Dave and Busters were hopping. Bad news for trying to find a spot. |The hotel itself is clean, well kept, and the staff was very friendly. The room would be odd if sharing with a friend, the king room is very tiny and the bathroom is wide open to the rest of the room, but not an issue for family. |I loved the little table setup, the bed was comfy, the AC was perfecto. |There is a mini fridge, coffee, and hair dryer in the room. |Would stay again.

Rude at front desk. No parking and no soap or shampoo in shower. Front desk let housekeeping know about no soap. But no response. Definitely will not return. Looking for adjustment in my payment. If your Looking to stay here I would find another option.

Had the pleasure of going to their lounge called WXYZ and they had Kimme J Soul and Ian Porter performing and I thought that is was a Las Vegas Production. One excellent singer who sounded like Whitney Houston and a guitarist that could easily play in Eric Clapton's band . What a show!!!
