Alexis Inn and Suites Nashville

Positive: The location was close to work Negative: Yes the 3 staff members that barged into my room to kick me out because I put wrong day on my checkout info when I made reservations. I was startled awake because I work night shift. I felt it was uncalled for and thus I will never stay there again.

The staff were all friendly. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, with several different options. The only elevator was not working, so we had to climb 5 flights of stairs to get to our room. Our room faced the interstate and had absolutely no soundproofing. We heard traffic all night long and it was right outside our window. Needless to say, a good night’s sleep was not had. I would definitely recommend asking for a room that faces away from the interstate if you want to sleep.

It took me a minute to find the words to use that could describe my birthday trip to Alexis Inn. I, nor my girls had a very good first impression, starting with check in. |We made reservations through Airbnb site, and we listed how many people would be in the room which was 4. We didn’t have enough towels in the room and when we went down to the front desk to ask for more, she complained and said how many are in the room.|My girls got there before me. I got there after midnight. They arrived around 9-10pm on Thanksgiving night. The person at the desk said her name was China. If she, as a manager, looked at the reservation she would know how many was there. I arrived around 2am. I had a completely different experience with the young man working the night shift. He was an absolute sweethear

3/1/2026 Check-out. Very clean, very spacious rooms. Standard breakfast and coffee setup. The staff was professional and hospitable. I'll definitely stay again. The only downside is the extremely loud HVAC unit. Really loud!

This was a great place to stop for a night - neighborhood left something to be desired but there were decent food options within driving distance. The rooms were clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was great.
