Nice, comfortable room in the heart of Sedona. Close to a grocery store and restaurants. Great views if you get Mountain View. Nice firepit with chairs outside. Too cold to swim. The staff was great. Stored a medication I forgot in the fridge for me for a week. Good people. Thank you Lonnie, Ocean and the office manager. Sorry I forgot to got your name.

Positive: The bed is so comfy! Hot breakfast has lots of varieties, everything is fresh and delicious. Negative: Would be great if staff at check in were more friendly and welcoming.

This is my second time in this hotel with my wife, very nice to be back there. The receptionists are very attentive. I thank everyone there for their attention. Great location. Easy check-in effort with friendly staff. Room was clean and well-maintained.The experience at this establishment surpassed all our expectations! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with an amazing atmosphere and warm hospitality. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our every need was met. So I like West Sedona best because it’s not “set up for the tourists” like Upper Sedona is, but not so far out into Oak Creek. So for me, this hotel was perfect. The view from the room is incredible - you wouldn’t expect it for the price you pay. The rooms were spacious, ultra super clean (the bathroom literally sparkled, just wish the shower pressure was a bit higher) and the front desk staff is lovely. Breakfast was included, basic but fine, but more importantly the location is very very convenient. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Clean & friendly stay! Breakfast every morning was exactly outstanding, we stayed Wednesday into Monday. We were a little disappointed that there was no “hot food” Monday morning without warning. Room 309 tv remote did not work. Overall a great stay with nice views!
