Tammy needs to not only be replaced, she needs to lose her license!!! She LIED about several things, she is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, and worse, she has committed FRAUD. I have documents proving she illegally scribbled out and changed my lease date on HER copy of the lease agreement because she was ILLEGALY trying to raise my rent mid-lease. I could write a novel on the things she had done just in the year I was there. Do NOT rent from this place or anywhere that she manages the property. She had also ILLEGALLY and FRAUDULENTLY printed out and signed a court document and delivered it to the residence. I am currently coordinating with other victims to procure all the documentation needed to press charges.

The manager Tammy NEEDS to be replaced. My bf and I looked at an apartment next door to the RV Park that she also manages and she was very rude. I wish I could speak to the owner. She basically was telling us she didn’t want us to stay there while she was showing us the apartment. She also talked bad about the other residents. I also have 2 small Emotional Support Animals and she stated that my letter from my therapist was “junk”. I can’t believe how disrespectful she was toward us. I wouldn’t have mind to rent the apartment, but I WILL NOT even look at the application.

Worst manager. She's very rude and has no respect for her tenants. She will yell at you from across the lot instead of coming up to you. Rent always goes up $50-100 when you resign your lease.

Tammy was one of the most disrespectful disgusting humans I have ever met the arrogant comments made about tenants and forget asking any questions unless you would like to get yelled at and basically called stupid I wish there was a way to contact owners of land to report her behavior absolutely despicable would never recommend EVER!!!
