Do not stay at Purple Lizard Villa. The photos in the listing did not accurately represent the room we were given. We arrived late at night to a property with zero outdoor lighting — it was completely pitch black. As two women traveling alone, this immediately felt unsafe. Inside, there were broken and missing bathroom blinds with no privacy, black residue on multiple walls, and most alarming, a front door lock that was not secure. The entire lock mechanism swiveled 180 degrees. We did not feel safe spending the night there. We left immediately and paid for a hotel down the road out of pocket. When these issues were brought to the host’s attention, the response felt dismissive, and a refund was refused. We are still attempting to recover our money. Based on our experience, we strongly

If it wasn't for the views that this hotel / Inn offers, the Inn itself is no longer worth the price they are charging. It is now very sterile, cold and unfriendly, no one is there to meet / greet you, no one is there to offer suggestions, and no one is there if you have any questions or problems. Everything is done via text, if you need to exchange just towels after a couple of days, you will be charged. The website lists amenities of a grill to use to, fire pits to use on cool evenings when you just want to sit out and enjoy the night skies - NOPE not a one could be found and heck, we couldn't even find a freezer for ice. We had ONE coffee cup in our Sunset room, when you walk into the area where the villas are, it is very dark (no lights to light your way, not even on the doors that you

While the location was good and the views were nice, the accommodations need help. We stayed in the Sedona Suite and found an old tired room in need of attention to repairs, cleanliness (air ducts were filthy), and working amenities. The bar sink fixture was so loose I expected it to fall into the cabinet at any moment. The gas fireplace in the bathroom was not functional. It would take an hour, at best, to fill the jacuzzi tub with water due to low water pressure at the tub. There was no firewood for the other fireplace in the living room and it hadn't had ashes cleaned out from previous fires. The fireplace also had a chunk of rock missing and unrepairable. The reserved parking spot for this suite was blocked by construction debris and a pile of dirt (we were not advised of this inconv

Adobe Village Inn has the best location!!! You can easily access hiking trails from this location, not to mention the views of Bell Rock. AMAZING!!!! The property was also convenient for our round of golf. Plus we could walk to restaurants and shops, some of which were open late. We stayed in the 2 bed, 2 bath condo suites, super comfortable and offers a kitchenette and patio. Even the dog loved it!!!! It was perfect for our stay and we will be back!

Pictures of the rooms need to be updated, those are old and not accurate. Went up there this weekend and it was the worse experience ever. First of all there is no one in the front and to ask questions there is a customer service number that takes for ever to answer. The room was nothing like the pictures everything was old and not taken care of in years, the room smelled so bad, the couch was old and chipped, no refrigerator in the room and the thermostat had to be set with them. I called to tell them about my issues and they hanged. The conversations via message on the app they said a manager would be going in to check it out and no one came. We waited too long and we left. Think twice before booking from this place. Over charging for a room that is not worth it. This was Sundance room.
