AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk

Exceptional Event Hosting & Elite Staff! I recently ran a conference at the AC Hotel San Antonio Riverwalk and it was a 10/10 experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is unbeatable, but the service is what really earned this five-star review. ​The food was delicious and every detail was handled perfectly, but the biggest shout-out goes to Gabbi our banquets manager. She was absolutely outstanding. Gabbi went above and beyond at every single step to ensure our event was seamless. Her professionalism and proactive attitude made my life as an organizer so much easier. If you are planning an event in San Antonio, ask for Gabbi—she and her team are elite!

After a long delayed flight, my friend and I arrived at the AC Hotel exhausted, and Carter at the front desk immediately turned our night around. He was welcoming, kind, and incredibly helpful even though I wasn’t the one staying. His positive attitude and great service made a huge difference when we were both so tired. Truly top-tier hospitality. Thank you, Carter. The rooms were clean, our view was meh but what can you do about that. all the staff were kind and attentive. We will definitely be booking again!

We loved our stay at this hotel! Our favorite amenities included both a lobby and rooftop bar/restaurant, free brewed Starbucks coffee in the lobby every morning, and water refill stations on every floor. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfy. It had great access to the riverwalk. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only drawback in my opinion was minimal dresser and hanging space for clothes. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a great experience overall. The hotel is across the street from the nearest stairs leading to the riverwalk and short walking distance to everything else. The staff were polite and always helpful. Shout out to Seth who always greeted me and checked on me during breakfast, very professional and attentive even during the busiest of mornings. All in all, great staff, great location, clean rooms. Highly recommend.

Second time staying at this hotel, stay was perfect. Close to airport, has a good restaurant and close to concert venues.
