AC Hotel Asheville Biltmore Village

Came here with my brother from Amsterdam and we weren’t familiar with AC Hotels before. We noticed there were only 45 reviews, but the Google profile looked promising. I can confidently say this is a perfect hotel. Everything was 100% clean and spotless. The staff were very polite and helpful. We even had a nice conversation with the woman at the front desk who was genuinely interested in our road trip, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. We truly enjoyed our stay and have added this hotel to our favorites. We will definitely come back, and I can personally recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, professional, and high-quality hotel experience.

We are here now and are really enjoying our stay. The staff have been kind and professional and very friendly. I had a question about a charge at breakfast and the young woman training other staff came over and explained it very patiently. This hotel is brand new and still smells like new construction. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfy, the shower is nice and hot with good pressure. There are lots of power outlets which makes it easy to charge multiple devices. Plenty of parking that’s complimentary and the breakfast was pretty good. Staff is restaurant was very attentive. Every single front desk person we encountered has been great. First of all, the hotel was clean and well looking. The room felt new, and there weren’t any downsides inn our room. The amenities were also great, the warm pool was a great addition as well. Also, a big appreciation for the young girl behind the reception. Very respectful, helpful and understanding. The service was great. Overall, great hotel with great service!
