We had a fantastic experience here. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and asked to use the lockers but they let us check into our room upon arrival. The place was beautiful, clean and well designed. We had the PH1 penthouse suite, private rooftop access, well lit rooms. They left us toothbrushes and toothpaste, bottles of water and cans pf soda in the fridge. The best part? Our flight got delayed by a day and we asked if we could extend our stay a night. Not only did they, but they charged us 20% of the what we paid for the previous 3 nights. Overall it was a fantastic experience and this is where we are staying for future NOLA trips.

This place was amazing! The new management had updated the beds before we got there so we ended up with a King in what was supposed to be a queen room (yay!). We had everything we needed for our stay. Extra towels, toilet paper and coffee with creamer and sugar were all supplied for us. The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable, and the whole place was sparkling clean. Myra, Heather and Johnny were amazing and so sweet to help direct us to the best places to eat and visit while we were here for the Taylor Swift concert. There was someone available 24/7 on site if you needed anything, but we didn’t need much other than directions. I couldn't have imagined better accommodations for our trip! We booked the 2 conjoined rooms with private terraces; each was incredibly spacious and clean. Comfortable beds, hot showers with great pressure, stocked with basic amenities, plenty of space for 8 people. The staff was SO kind (shouts out to Christie for always helping me with my silly questions and being our hype girl every time we left dressed up). As a group of females, we felt safe here. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip to New Orleans!

I stayed here on my own bachelorette trip back in october , the day we left i left my Nintendo Switch Oled here by mistake. The Host KAYLA proceeded to send pictures of said switch in the box, got the box that the switch did not arrive in. Kayla must’ve gave my switch to her son for christmas because it is now connected to my current switch. Don’t leave anything here it will get stolen!! Hope your son enjoys something his mama won’t get for him but to steal it from someone else.

We enjoyed our stay. We chose 888 Baronne for full kitchen and amenities that we were looking for. Easy walk to the World War II museum in a neighborhood with terrific restaurants and a grocery store. The staff were friendly and helpful. We recommend it and hope to return one day.
