7 Valley Motel

My stay began with an Earl Grey 'tea service', compliments of the Proprietess. This quaint and rustic motel provided ample comfort and care. Staff was attentive and personable. Room was spacious and clean. All appliances worked and WiFi always available. Cozy, private, peaceful and affordable accommodations. Also, free parking was available to guests. I left knowing that I would return to 7 Valley Motel on my next visit to Cortland, NY.

I stayed here during the week for business on two occasions. I arrived late in the evening and had to leave early in the morning (5:30 am). The staff were very accommodating with my schedule. My room was cozy, clean and comfortable which helped me feel right at home. The staff also made sure I felt safe and well taken care of. This motel clearly has a personal touch and individual character which is refreshing to see in this day and age. The pricing is incrediably reasonable. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to my loved ones.

The facility is old but extremely clean. They have both efficiency units as well as rooms with just a microwave and refrigerator. We didn’t know that the weekend we arrived in town was parent’s weekend at the local college. All the hotel rooms in town were full. Upon inquiring here, they said that they did have one room left that someone had just left. They agreed to clean it for us and asked us to come back in about an hour. Upon our return, we were told a person with a previous reservation had had to cancel at the last minute and we were able to take their room. They were very accommodating.

7 valley motel is a hidden Gem. Family owned and well taken care of. The rooms were cozy and comfortable. The motel is on a busy main road and we heard no noise in our room at all. The owner was very kind when we stayed on our wedding night We will definitely be staying again.

We visit Cortland a couple of times each year to visit family. Our stay is usually a week long and we love that the suites with the kitchens are very roomy and have everything you need to cook. The kitchens are fully stocked and the room is so clean. The staff is so friendly and are always accommodating. Wouldn't stay anywhere else!!!
