The best place in Boca! They have amazing management and a lot of really nice and cozy Airbnb units available! Heated pool and spa!

Let me preface my review with a mention of my previous stay at the 365 in Feb 2024 and why I jumped at the idea of staying 2 weeks there again this Feb 2025. The room was clean, eveything worked, it's right across the beach, no issues, I had a great time.|This Feb 2025, I booked 2 weeks and arrived there at 7pm, office was closed, but had rec'd my room assignment #209 and code via email. I have difficulty with stairs, but I knew they had an elevator, so I wasn't concerned about stairs. The elevator was out of order, I left my luggage in the car. The room #209 was musty and very dirty, there was something beeping, and at first I couldn't figure out from where the noise was coming from but knew I couldn't sleep thru it. When we arrived at the property, there was no staff present to welcome us or provide any kind of explanation. The phone number listed on Booking was unresponsive. It wasn’t until another guest noticed our confusion—due to the complete absence of staff—that she kindly shared a contact number and helped us get in touch. All communication was handled solely via WhatsApp. Throughout our stay, the coffee was never refilled, and it took considerable effort to have the water dispenser replenished. Additionally, the listing advertises bicycles, but in reality, none were available. While the property itself is attractive and conveniently located, the extremely poor service undermines the experience. We were two families dealing with the same issue: the only option for check-in was through WhatsApp,

Stayed here for 3 nights with in April. From the UK, visited our daughter at FAU. The room (one bed apt 218), was lovely, nice balcony overlooking the pool and hot tub, which was very clean and well maintained. Free parking at the property too. ||The room had been recently refurbished and was very modern, everything we needed was there. Great price for the location, opposite the beach and a 10-15 min walk into Boca. Not too far from FAU too. ||Easy email communication re check in. ||A great stay, we will return!

Very nice place to stay, just disappointed that the pool wasn't heated like they said.And the hot tubs seemed extremely dirty.Could not utilize it
