1 Hotel Nashville

I don't see how this is five stars. Staff were professional. Decoration was plentiful. Downhill from there. We were five couples staying for five days paying almost five hundred bills a night (more for balcony rooms). "Sustainable" is a code word for cheap; charging a premium and providing little. First, the toilet was enclosed in glass viewable from the bed area! No bathroom at this 5 star location, but instead a shower and toilet next to your bed! There are no drawers/dressers for your clothes. Expect to live out of your suitcase on the floor for your stay. There were ten hangers in a small closet. The shower leaked into the toilet cubicle so the floor had puddles. The sink didn't drain properly. There was nothing included, such as breakfast. Instead, they load the small refrigerator an

This is a beautiful upscale hotel. I was a bit concerned that there wasn't a microwave or fridge in the room only a mini bar and nowhere to get ice but at the bar. Little did I know all I had to do was ask. All of these items were bought to my room as well as an electric kettle to heat water for my hot tea in the mornings. I would recommend setting this up before you arrive. The staff was kind, valet was prompt and the hotel is pet friendly. I took advantage of the spa treatment and the massage was awesome. The location is great and within walking distance to Nashville's historical downtown and many other attractions. There's also a house vehicle you can call to drop you off and pick you back up as an option. Overall a great worry free place to stay while visiting Nashville. Thanks 1 Hotel

Went here for my bday and loved every minute, the service was amazing from start to finish. Rooms, drinks, even the soap was top tier! I visited the spa and that was the best part. Location is awesome and within walking distance from everything. They brought cake and champagne to my room and I felt so spoiled! I can’t wait to go back.

We had an outstanding experience at 1 Hotel Nashville. The hotel is relaxing and beautiful, filled with live plants, but what really stands out is the team. Every interaction felt warm and attentive, without being overbearing. There’s a real sense of care that comes through in how the team works together. We happened to be here during Winter Storm Fern, when much of the city was dealing with significant disruption. Even then, the hotel felt calm, organized, and genuinely welcoming. We were staying with our dog, and the staff was just as thoughtful with him as they were with us, which we really appreciated. My partner and I traveled to Nashville the weekend after Christmas to explore the city. While we didn’t end up falling in love with the city, we loved our stay at 1 Hotel. ||The room felt incredibly luxurious and resort-like, with thoughtful touches and sustainability woven throughout. For example, 1 Hotel was the first hotel I’ve stayed at with an in-room water filter. We also enjoyed our daily nespresso and had a wonderful night’s sleep in the king-sized bed. ||As for the rest of the hotel, we are breakfast at the downstairs restaurant twice, got coffee at the coffee bar, went to the gym, and had drinks on the rooftop bar.
