This has to by far be one of the rudest owners/managers of any establishment that I have ever visited. I personally have not stayed here but I have had a friend who had stayed here before as well as an old Co worker. I have witnessed the staff come pound on residents doors very loudly if they think that someone god forbid entered a guests room to visit them without checking in at the front and presenting ID. I Would never recommend anyone stay here these guys need to go out of business their rooms are in horrible shape their customer service is a negative rating if that's possible steer clear! Spend the extra money and get a hotel room!
Employees are eude, service terrible, they actually gave me a snake to work on unplugging my own sync train that was clogged from the prior renter. When the snake was too big my free labor apparently was not satisfactory because I complained that it didn't work and we needed a smaller one in which time he complained that he was now going to actually have to do something about it and call maintenance why he didn't do this in the first place is beyond me.
So this is my Fairey motel. Although it is ghetto and most would not even think about ever staying here I for some reason always liked this motel. The manager is almost always irrational and rude , always threatening to call the cops on you for the most dumbest reasons, in which the police actually expressed there irritation of him calling so much. He also actually told me that if I was done smoking my 🚬 to please go back inside, because I was sitting down in front of my door enjoying the air. All in all the manager needs to do some serious soul searching and it would be perfect! Some rooms are nicer then others and they were remodeled about 2 years ago. The price is 75 bucks just like the tresses of the motels and is totally a rip off and taking Advantage of people and needing a place
My husband and I wanted a room for the night and no one was in the office. We waited for half an hour and no one showed up. I tried calling but phone aren't working. They have very bad customer service.
Mornings are a little hard only because Jose is extremely rude about people leaving immediately, not even giving them enough time to get their shit together. He calls the police on LITERALLY EVERYTHING. Wouldn't surprise me if he called because someone said hello to him. The night worker however, busts his ass on being as friendly as possible because he knows how Jose is. If you need anything, it's worth waiting til he gets there because he'll actually help you unlike Jose. But for a semi cheap room.. It's not horrible but it's not at all rainbows & roses. Bring your own towels, blankets & pillows. It is what it is especially if you're homeless & live in that lifestyle. It kinda saves lives, to an extent.
