The room was very nice and clean, the beds at Hyatt are always comfortable, which is appreciated. The view was great! Would like a little bit of an earlier check-in time to enjoy the pool before going out that evening. The staff is always great at the Hyatt. Although I would say the price of the room was pretty average for this type of location… I do think that $42 to pay for parking is a little bit crazy. I mean after all how are you getting to the hotel!? Most people don’t walk to a hotel with their suitcase, so just put the parking fee in with the room charge.

Positive: It is a nice property. The staff were very nice. Although at check in the security guard was the only one with an understanding of customer service. You should promote him. The property is clean and has several amenities. It is located in a good spot. Negative: Some basic maintenance items in the room. At this price point I should not have to listen to the guy next door peeing in the toilet. Valet parking $36. Using your hotel key to park is $25. Credit card is $20. Why attempt to take $5 more from your guests?

Great stay overall. The hotel is modern, clean, and in a perfect downtown location. Rooms were comfortable and the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and professional. The only downside was one valet attendant (I believe his name was Quinn) who seemed irritated and gave some attitude when I chose to valet. It wasn’t a major issue, but it did stand out. Aside from that, everything was excellent and I’d definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, valet guys work as best as they can with traffic coming into the hotel. Whoever designed the drop off entry didn’t allow for proper temporary parking so cars line up on the street trying to get in as people were checking in. That said don’t be surprised if you have to wait to get your vehicle parked. Valet does a great job with managing the bad design but can only do so much. Hotel is clean and well managed otherwise. Beds not very comfortable, we are on our 4th night and each morning our backs hurt from the bed. I realize every person has a different requirement/need for a comfortable night of sleep so it may be totally fine for others. Coffee is available at the market on the main floor (also in room Keurig), depending on the time of day will depend upon
